Refund policy

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• Full priced items can be refunded in full, if returned within 14 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges. This excludes sale items, or custom-made items.
• The item must be unworn in the original packaging and with proof of purchase (invoice or voucher). 
• The item should be returned to us personally, not via post mail.
