We produce our items with high quality materials, however all good quality products still need regular maintenance for a long life time.

TAKING CARE OF WOOD AND SILVER ITEMS

In order to take care of your wood & silver items it is very important

  • Not to wet the wood with water.
  • Not to spray anything directly on the wood or the silver pieces.

    Wood & silver items clean care

    • Wipe the wooden parts with a dry cloth.
    • Do not spray on the silver pieces attached to the wood. Spray silver cleaning    polish on a cloth and wipe the silver pieces carefully with it.
    • If necessary use a delicate brush to remove dust between the silver pieces.

    Challa Board clean care

    • Wipe the wooden parts with a dry cloth.
    • The marble can be wiped with a cloth damped with 'windox' or any other window cleaning spray.
    • Do not spray on the silver pieces attached to the wood. Spray silver cleaning polish on a cloth and wipe the silver pieces carefully with it.
    • If necessary use a delicate brush to remove dust between the silver pieces.

    STORAGE
    When the item is not in use it is recommended to keep it in a closed place. Avoid direct sun or artificial light over time. 

    TAKING CARE OF JEWELRY ITEMS

    • Gently polish your items with cotton polishing cloth to bring back a shine and remove any tarnish.
    • Take care not to over polish plated objects as you may remove the plating.
    • It is essential that you clean your jewelry and avoid chemicals, cleaning products, sea and pool water, perfume etc
    • Avoid wearing your jewelry when completing activities such as cleaning, gardening, swimming and showering.
    • Apply your cosmetics, moisturizers and hair products before adding your jewelry with clean hands.
    • Do not spray perfume directly onto or around your jewelry.
    • Avoid impact with hard surfaces, including other items of jewelry. This will protect against scratching and chipping.
    • Please note that all metals oxidize naturally with time and will require maintenance.

      STORAGE
      Store your item in a moisture free room, in a box. Moisture and humidity can cause oxidation and tarnishing, so please avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom and keep your jewelry away from all sources of heat.
