Persononalized items or items that are not in stock (pre-order items) will be prepared and send within 15-40 buisness days, or as emailing personaly. 

Jewelry Items will be sent within 1-10 business days. Gold plated items or not in stock items (pre-order) will be sent within 1-12 business days.
